FormValet app for iPhone and iPad

FormValet enables you distribute PDF forms and collect the results automatically. FormValet will send any PDF form to any email address. When recipients open a form from FormValet, anything they type or dictate on the form is copied back to an identical form on your device. No need for recipients to print the form, scan it, fax it, email it, or return it in person. FormValet collects and returns all entries automatically.

- open any PDF form from iCloud, Dropbox or another app
- choose recipients from your Contacts or enter email addresses
- tap Send
- all entries from your recipients are copied to your device automatically
